Our activities focus on greening food formulations and clean label strategies in savory and sweet products as well as beverages. We are particularly experts in cereal products, chocolate, veggie alternatives, additives substitutes and byproduct functionalization. We offer a strong expertise from ingredient analyses to final product properties and proof of concept development.

Our equipment

 

Our pilot equipment can be used to develop a range of products from laboratory to pilot scale up to 50 kg. We operate all the equipment for cereal, chocolate, confectionery and nutraceutical products, as well as multi-purpose equipment for savoury products, beverages and cosmetics. Such equipment includes kneading, fermentation, moulding, baking, sugar-coating, vacuum heating tanks, spray-drying, filtration, homogenisation, packaging…

As a research and technology organization (RTO), AGIR is always on the lookout for opportunities for international collaboration under European programmes (Horizon, Interreg, etc.) and public-private partnership projects. Our services can increase projects’ TRLs from 4 to 7.
